
TAJO is a European business group that has developed and supplied plastic components and sub-assemblies for the automotive ancillary and household appliance sectors since 1963.

1963 Tajo started out in Renteria, specialising in mould construction
1966 We began our injection plastic processing line, moving our factories to Oiartzun, where our central offices are still based, together with a Production Plant.
2000 Installation of a Production Plant in Cabanillas del Campo (Guadalajara)
2002 Installation of a Production Plant in Lezo (Guipúzcoa), specialising in components and sub-assemblies for the automotive sector
2004 Installation of a Production Plant in Moravska Trebova (Czech Republic) for the manufacture of components and sub-assemblies for the automotive and household appliance sectors.
2005 Installation of a Production Plant in Pietrzykowice (Poland) for the manufacture of components and sub-assemblies for the household appliance sector

Quality: Quality commitment is vital to Tajo, and we base it on efficient, suitable organisation geared towards improvement. Right from the outset, our customers need to be sure the projects comply with their needs and requirements, and Tajo therefore ensures and maintains certification in accordance with the highest quality benchmarks at all its centres.
Prevention: Another of the Group’s basic commitments and objectives is to comply with Safety and Occupational Risk Prevention requirements, to increase worker safety and eliminate workplace accidents. We use a Prevention Management System based on the OHSAS 18001 Standard.
The environment: Tajo carries out its activities with total respect for the environment. Our commitment to preserving our environment includes rigorous compliance with international, national, regional and local environmental legislation, and our certification is based on the ISO 14001 Standard.
